All new teachers have a mentor as this provides excellent support for you in your role here at BCS.
Teachers meet regularly to pray, encourage, collaborate and support each other.
The BCS Leadership team is also committed to fully supporting all teachers in their various roles. Teachers are also provided with a class budget and access to quality resources to enhance their teaching and learning programs.
Educational Assistants
BCS is committed to employing a high level of passionate Educational Assistants to support the teaching and learning environment. Our Educational Assistant are a valuable and integral part of our team.
Educational Assistants are also given access to professional learning opportunities and professional growth opportunities, including staff health and wellbeing activities.
